  • 2. Are we allowed to bring food inside the park?

    Only food from restaurants within SkyRanch Tagaytay are allowed to be brought inside the park.

  • 3. If we rent the gazebo, can we bring food from outside?

    SkyRanch has a strict policy on food from restaurants within SkyRanch are the only ones allowed to be brought inside the park.

  • 4. Do you have a Ride-All-You-Can Promo? How much?

    Inquiries for ride packages can be coursed through Group Sales Department at storylandsales@gmail.com or you may contact 862 ­7709. Ride-­All-You-Ccan is subject for booking and is not available for walk­in guests.

  • 5. How to commute going to SkyRanch?

    Option 1: From Coastal Mall, ride a bus to Tagaytay, ­Mendez or Nasugbu route. Alight at Olivarez, Tagaytay. Ride a jeepney to casino or Crossing Mendez and alight at SkyRanch.

    Option 2: From Batangas City, ride a bus to Turbina or SM Calamba.

    Option 3: From SM Calamba, ride a van going to Olivarez Tagaytay. Ride a jeepney to Casino or Crossing Mendez and alight at SkyRanch.

    Option 4: From Bauan Batangas, ride a van going to Dasmariñas at the Terminal beside Petron and across Jollibee. Alight at SkyRanch.

  • 6. How to get out of SkyRanch?

    Option 1: Via Mendez. From Mendez Crossing, drive down the corner of Savemore, go straight to the towns of Mendez and Indang down to Trece Martirez City and Tanza all the way to CAVITEX.

    Option 2: Via C. Delos Reyes Avenue (Amadeo Road), drive down the corner of Nuel Bolm (in front of Sky Ranch), go straight to Amadeo, Mangahan, Gen. Trias and all the way to CAVITEX or Mangahan turn right going to SM PalaPala.

    Option 3: Via Magallanes Square. From Aguinaldo Highway, drive down the corner of Globe Center, Magallanes Square Hotel going to Maitim II West, then turn right at the end of the road and go straight until you reach Aguinaldo Highway.

    Option 4: Vi Aguinaldo Highway. From Rotonda (Ninoy Aquino Monument), drive down to Silang, Dasmariñas and Imus all the way to Coastal Road, or from Silang to Southwoods exit via Maguyam, or from Dasmariñas­PalaPala to Carmona exit, or Dasmariñas­Daang Hari o Alabang Exit.

    Option 5: Via Lagusan Drive to Sta. Rosa. From Rotonda (Ninoy Aquino Monument), before reaching Tagaytay City Market, turn left to Dominican Road then right to Lagusan Drive, and at the end of the Lagusan, turn left going to Sta. Rosa.

    Option 6: Via City Market to Sta. Rosa. From Rotonda (Ninoy Aquino Monument), drive to Tagaytay Econo Inn, the turn left to City Market all the way to Sta. Rosa exit, Greenfield Exit, or Eton Exit.

  • 7. Are pets allowed inside Sky Ranch?

    Dogs of toy to small sizes are allowed provided that they should wear diapers while they are inside the park.

  • 8. How much is the parking fee ticket? Is the parking area paid per hour?

    Parking fee is Php30.00 for Bikes, Php50.00 for Cars, and Php150.00 for Buses, Flat Rate. Parking Tickets can be validated at any of the restaurants inside SkyRanch for a minimum of Php200.00 single­receipt purchase, dine-­in or take­out.

  • 9. Apart from the rides, what are the activities inside SkyRanch?

    Apart from the rides, we have a variety of restaurants for dining pleasure. We have 20 spacious gazebos for guests who would want to stay for a while, especially for those who have elderly companions. Food from the restaurants and cart can be brought to a rented gazebo for guests to dine while enjoying the cool Tagaytay breeze and the scenic view of Taal Lake and Volcano. We also have occasional bazaars at The Venue where guests can choose from a selection of good find souvenirs and pasalubongs.

  • 10. Is there a way I can secure admission to SkyRanch for a future date?

    Advance booking inquiry for group admission can be coursed through our Group Sales Department at storylandsales@gmail.com or please call (02) 862­7709. Admission ticket is valid only on the day of visit or actual tour. Tour groups are encouraged to be in the venue at least 30minutes prior to the start of tour. 

  • 11. Do you have souvenir items or pasalubong outlets inside Sky Ranch?

    We do have a bazaar located at The Venue where guests can buy various souvenir and pasalubong items.

  • 12. What are the new rides or attractions at Sky Ranch?

    Expect more exciting rides at SkyRanch! We will have Log Coaster, CityRail Train, Bumper Race Challenger, Dream High, Boat Parade and Wave Swinger very soon.

  • 13. List of prohibited items inside the park.

    Liquor, firearms and other deadly weapons are NOT allowed inside the park. Persons under the influence of liquor will be refused entry to the park.

  • 14. Do you have rules for expectant mothers?

    Expectant mothers are generally not allowed to ride our amusement rides. 

  • 15. Do you have refund for tickets?

    In the event that guests would like to return their admission tickets, guests are adviced to discuss the reason/s with the SkyRanch Management.

  • 16. Is smoking allowed inside the park?

    SkyRanch is a No Smoking Amusement Park as per Tagaytay City Ordinance No. 2012­033, "An Ordinance prohibiting smoking in all public places within the City of Tagaytay."

  • 17. Do you offer discounts for groups or students? (Example: field trips)

  • 18. How long is the validity of ticket? Can guests leave Sky Ranch and go back again?

    Entrance tickets are valid only on the date of purchase and is good for the whole day. Guests can leave and return within the same day. 

  • 19. What happens in the event of inclement weather?

    During bad­weather days (Example: heavy rain and strong wind during typhoons), guests are advised which rides are not available. Guests are also reminded of the No Refund policy prior to every ticket sale.

  • 20. Is there a locker or baggage counter where guests can leave their belongings?

    Guests are solely responsible for their valuables and belongings. We do not have lockers for personal belongings but we do have a baggage counter for food baons and other food items which are not from any of the SkyRanch restaurants.

  • 21. Any discounts on senior citizens? PWDs?

    During Weekends and Holidays when our tickets are sold at its regular price of Php100.00, we issue a different type of ticket for senior citizens and PWDs with a value of Php80.00.

    During regular weekdays when our tickets are sold at its regular (discounted) price of Php80.00, we issue a different type of ticket for senior citizens and PWDs with a value of Php80.00. It’s the same rate (discounted rate).

  • 22. Are there any height requirements for attractions inside Sky Ranch?

    Each ride has its own safety guidelines and all rides includes weight and/or height requirements. 

  • 23. Do you have events regularly?

    SkyRanch celebrates seasonal events like, Chinese New Year, Valentine's Day, Easter Sunday, Mother's Day, Father's Day, Halloween Event and Christmas. We have programs and exciting games and prizes for our walk­-in guests.

  • 24. Can we do prenup video/photo shoot inside SkyRanch?
